I want to invite you to pause right now, just as I did:
Look around you. Notice one color, then find two more items with the same color.
Engage your sense of smell. What do you smell right now?
Gently tap your nose a few times. Feel the subtle sensations it creates.
Inhale deeply, then exhale through an open mouth. Notice how this playful act connects you instantly to your body.
Ask yourself: What do I notice now? Hunger, thirst, fatigue, or perhaps a desire to simply put down the phone.
This simple practice takes less than a minute, yet it can profoundly transform your day.
